Zucchini Chips

Oven baked zucchini chips.

4 zucchinis
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Olive oil ( to grease pan)

Preheat the oven to 450. Cut zucchini into thin slices , about the thickness of a quarter. Season with garlic powder , salt, and pepper. Spread zucchini evenly on baking sheet and cook for about 40 mins, flipping the chips half way through.

    Lots of flavor variations can be made by marinading the slices or spreading dabs of various sauces on the zucchini squash snack chips before drying.

    I used a mandolin to slice my zucchini. They were about the thickness of a quarter! After 20 minutes I opened the oven to turn them over, as stated in the recipe, and to my surprise, they were black!! Burnt to a crisp!!! lol I think next time I will check on them after 8-10 minutes!!! Can’t wait to try another batch!!!

      So sorry yours burnt to a crisp!! I made these again after your feedback to be sure I didnt make a mistake with my baking times, and they turned out just fine. Maybe different ovens, or altitudes could be the cause??! I have a vintage oven so it might be slightly different. Thank you for the feedback .
